Local or online coaching: finding your fit

The questions that help you choose support around your schedule, training environment, and communication needs.

E3 Editorial · October 6, 2026

Start with the support you want

Choosing a format starts with a conversation. Do you prefer local coaching touchpoints? Are you comfortable following structure at your own training space? What kind of review helps you understand the next step?

Consider the local path

E3’s Tucson Hybrid path is designed around local coaching touchpoints and structure between sessions. Ask Blake about availability, meeting location, agreed coaching scope, and how the local relationship would fit your week. No specific gym address or appointment is promised by the application.

Consider online mentorship

The online path centers on a remote coaching relationship. Discuss your available equipment, your schedule, and the communication expectations before enrolling. The right agreement should make the next session and the next review easy to understand.

Ask practical questions before committing

What happens when the week changes? How are sessions assigned? What belongs in a check-in? What is the investment? Which services are included? Ask these questions before agreeing to a coaching plan.

Preview the workspace

The E3 client preview lets you explore an example session queue, completion calendar, milestones, and check-ins. Sample data is clearly labeled. The preview helps you see the software before making a decision about coaching.
