Progress you can see, one session at a time

How E3’s completion history and weekly reviews give a coaching conversation something concrete to build on.

Define what the record means

A completed session records that you completed an assigned piece of work. It does not prove a body transformation, a strength increase, or a medical outcome. E3’s workspace uses completion as an accountability measure that you and your coach can discuss.

Know the next piece of work

The session queue brings assigned training into one place. Open a session, review its structure, and record completion after the work. Your live account reflects the sessions assigned to you; the public demo uses sample records.

Review your weekly rhythm

The completion calendar and weekly summary show the work you recorded. When the pattern changes, a check-in can help you explain whether the schedule is manageable or a planning review would be useful.

Earn consistency milestones

Milestones recognize recorded participation. They give the coaching relationship a simple way to acknowledge the habit of showing up, without claiming the same physical result for everyone.

Build the next conversation

Bring the record, the obstacles, and your questions to Blake. The software gives the conversation structure. Coaching scope, adjustments, and expectations are agreed with your coach.
